About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. This position involves taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, and handling member inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately enter ride details to ensure successful ride completion, paying close attention to detail and adhering to company standards.
- Confirm member eligibility, verifying their information and ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for transportation services.
- Answer member inquiries regarding transportation services, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns.
- Identify and assess members' additional needs, proactively offering solutions and support to ensure their requirements are met.
- Intake member concerns, actively listening to their issues and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to quickly address real-time issues, working together to find solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal), with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-call-volume atmosphere, demonstrating ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment, ensuring effective resolution of member concerns.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Positive and helpful attitude, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the capacity to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology, staying up-to-date with company developments and industry trends.
- Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians, providing personalized support and care.
- Must be able to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with valid documentation and eligibility to work in the country.
- Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to accommodate changing business needs.
Remote Work Requirements
