Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll be responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases, verifying and reviewing data for errors, and maintaining data confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Data Verification and Review: Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
- Document Preparation and Sorting: Prepare and sort documents for data entry, and collect and input data from various sources such as online databases, surveys, and documents.
- Data Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and availability of all data, and implement measures to prevent data breaches or unauthorized access.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected, and provide support as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Technical Skills:
- Good typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable and fast internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
