Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise in customer interactions.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Multitask effectively, managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred; accuracy and efficiency are key.
• Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills; ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience considered a plus.
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.

Requirements for Success:

• Commitment to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST.
• Availability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Gaming experience is considered a plus.
