Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information on Blithequark's policies and procedures, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, responding to customer needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using computer systems and software effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a home-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
