Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our intuitive software and platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with leads, and encourage them to place an order.
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our system, or assign leads to our experienced closers for further assistance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with our team of onboarding specialists, trainers, and closers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
