**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information in response to their inquiries, concerns, and requests
* Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, offering solutions and alternatives that meet their needs

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A four-year degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service)
* Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
