**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales and Account Management**

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to drive business growth and revenue
* Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Securing all trailing documents from customers to ensure accurate records
* Handling all incoming claim calls from customers and following up to ensure resolution
* Completing Evidence of Insurance requests to meet customer needs
* Greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
* Taking premium payments from customers and maintaining accurate records
* Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
* Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
* Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring and returning phone messages promptly
* Maintaining knowledge of new products and services to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Developing and maintaining client relationships through outstanding relationship building skills
**Requirements**

* The ability to create relationships from a cold start and build strong connections with customers
* Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up to meet customer needs

* Professional phone etiquette and a strong understanding of customer service principles
* Great customer service skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and driving customer satisfaction
* Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
