**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Remote-Live Chat Agent – Crisis Intervention and Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and empathetic support to clients via live chat, ensuring that they feel heard and valued
* Assessing client needs and guiding them to appropriate resources and services, including community resources and support services
* Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of client communication, adhering to organizational policies and confidentiality standards
* Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and outcomes, including participating in training sessions and team meetings as required
* Staying informed about community resources and support services, and providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information

* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred
* Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a plus
