Project Delivery and Deployment Manager

About the position The Integration Program Manager is responsible for leading the solution delivery for Technology integrations (‘eBonding') between reputed company and reputed company Business Customers as reputed company as device life cycle. More specifically, the Program Manager will reputed company programs to reputed company reputed company Business service and support platforms (“ITSM”) as reputed company as order management platforms with Customer Platforms, reputed company device certification and end of life equipment. The Program Manager is expected to reputed company reputed company reputed company, guiding discussions reputed company to eBonding with Customers, and reputed company a development team responsible for building detailed requirements, developing, implementing and supporting the Integration solution. The Program Manager will guide teams throughout the lifecycle of integration between reputed company Business platform(s) and Customer Platforms. Responsibilities • Managing a project from requirements through implementation and support in a large reputed company and matrixed environment. • Actively participate in reputed company-Sales and Sales meetings with Customers to assess requirements for integrating back-office applications. • Work with reputed company and Finance to ensure eBonding scope of work and costs are accounted for in deals/opportunities. • reputed company live support (sometimes off-hours) for questions, troubleshooting and break-fix analysis for Customer e-Bonding integrations. • Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process. • Participate in key planning milestones and act as a guide for the core program team from initiation through execution and completion. • Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members. • Create program plans and maintain program record. • Assist in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and reputed company reputed company for the program. • Support the budget and resource forecasting exercise. • Identify and analyze risks and issues. • reputed company and manage the program schedule and task details included in the program plan. • Communicate updates on major milestones and reputed company reputed company stakeholders informed of reputed company and issues. • Monitor and ensure reputed company of program deliverables. • Work with core team and key field resources to reputed company and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • 5-7 years of relevant work experience. • Familiar with reputed company ITSM, ServiceBridge deployments. • Experience and familiarity of ITSMs (Integration System Management - reputed company, Remedy, etc). • Familiar with working in Agile environment, Jira experience a plus. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Creating reputed company technical implementation requirements aligning architecture, process design, reputed company Technical Best reputed company and Standards. reputed company-to-haves • Collaborate and reputed company and reputed company Best Practices and reputed company. • Establish Baselines for new functionality to reputed company ITSM, Individual KPI's and Metrics.
