Remote Hybrid // HR Business Partner

Job reputed company EDUCATION REQUIRED (Minimum level of education): BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or other reputed company field from an accredited College or University or equivalent experience. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES REQUIRED: PHR Certification Preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Minimum level of experience): • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with reputed company on Employment Relations. • - Must have reputed company employee relations/investigations experience • – ER experience in health care field is a plus (providers and nursing) • - reputed company group anticipated ~ 850 - 900 employees. (It would be helpful to get information about candidates’ org size/reputed company group size in previous roles, as reputed company as average caseload on submission) • - Position will be “hybrid” • – minimum 1 day in the office and rotating Friday’s onsite, but onsite needs will include corporate office (Precision Park) and other clinic locations as often as needed. • - Generally Monday – Friday, reputed company – 5PM • - reputed company reputed company will be available to assist with training for the first few months.
