About the role:
• We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company revolutionising Tech Education for Corporates.
• Reporting to the Head of Training, you’ll collaborate with sales, operations, and content teams to ensure corporate clients receive premium, outcomes-driven training.
• You’ll elevate trainer quality for B2B programs (executive workshops, upskilling cohorts, and AI L&D solutions), directly impacting client retention and business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding & Training: Design/run onboarding for trainers and clients aligning with Preface’s corporate B2B programs (e.g., executive workshops, team upskilling, AI L&D solutions).
• Deliver new product/industry training meet evolving client needs (e.g., AI fluency, data literacy).
• Training Development: Enhance training materials using client feedback (shared with Content Team) and real-world business case studies to build practical corporate modules.
• Performance Management: Assess training material via personal and client-site observations and coaching; document performance tiers with the Quality Assurance team.
• Client Success Collaboration: Mentor lead trainers for high-stakes client engagements.
• Conduct 1:1 check-ins with corporate clients to ensure training alignment with business goals and report on ROI.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training adheres to industry regulations (e.g., data security) and client-specific requirements.
Requirements:
• Passionate about corporate L&D, business transformation, and adult learning principles.
• 3+ years in B2B/corporate training, L&D, or consultancy roles (tech/STEM fields preferred).
• Proven experience designing/delivering training for enterprise clients (e.g., workshops, upskilling programs).
• Expertise in trainer assessment, performance coaching, and client-facing communication.
• Ability to translate client feedback and business cases into actionable training.
• Experience mentoring trainers for complex corporate environments.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (business-level) with polished presentation skills.
• Agile problem-solver comfortable in client-driven, fast-paced settings.
• Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and attendee experience.
• Passion for education, technology, and community-building.
• Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings/weekends for training..
• Humble team player prepared for a fast pace environment
• Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI (Generative and Agents) for corporate and application usage
