Discord Support Moderator
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Discord Support Moderator to help manage our community, assist with inquiries, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment that aligns with our brand values. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering positive online interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with opening and managing Discord Ambassador tickets.
• Handle all chat inquiries promptly, keeping conversations flowing smoothly and organized.
• Monitor community activity to ensure compliance with brand regulations and chat guidelines.
• Verify that all new members joining the community meet brand terms, conditions, and requirements.
• Open and close chat channels according to the scheduled hours.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Must have experience in customer support.
• Discord user management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to enforce guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working within a structured schedule.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining a positive community experience.

Available Schedules:
Monday - Friday: 11am -4 pm ET
Saturday and Sunday: 11am - 4 pm ET
Location: This is a fully remote position in the US.
