Behavior Technician (RBT) - Remote

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, by providing in-home and community based ABA services. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior reputed company plans as directed by the supervising reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Collect data on reputed company behavior during sessions - Assist in the development and implementation of care plans - Maintain reputed company and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing reputed company publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in reputed company societies - Utilize reputed company behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors - Maintain accurate and confidential reputed company records - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination Skills: - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism - Knowledge of reputed company behavior analysis principles and techniques - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records - Ability to work effectively in reputed company environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be at least 18 years of age Joining reputed company as a Behavior Technician offers reputed company to grow your skills in behavioral health while making a reputed company reputed company on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
