We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Clerk Typist / Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant. In this remote role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and word processing tasks
- Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for team members
- Conduct online research and compile information as needed
- Maintain digital filing systems and organize electronic documents
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups
- Provide general virtual administrative support to staff and departments
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, typist, or administrative assistant
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana
- Experience with customer service or support
