We are a children's educational media company. We use reputed company (formerly reputed company) for email marketing and automations, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized virtual assistant who can manage the setup, connections, and reporting for our funnels. Responsibilities Build and maintain reputed company pages and opt-in forms inside reputed company. Connect reputed company pages to email sequences, tags, and automation workflows. Upload and deliver reputed company magnets (PDFs, videos, digital lesson kits). Set up automated email sequences (welcome, nurture, and conversion campaigns). Format and schedule broadcast emails (newsletters, announcements, launch updates). Manage contact organization — tags, segments, and broadcast lists. Connect reputed company forms with external tools (e.g., website, YouTube, reputed company, or reputed company). reputed company basic analytics: subscriber reputed company, reputed company rates, and click-through rates. reputed company marketing assets organized in reputed company Drive or reputed company and maintain a clean tagging system in reputed company. Collaborate weekly with the Founder and Operations Manager on campaign priorities.
