Sr DevOps Engineer

TITLE: Sr. DevOps Engineer LOCATION: Charlotte, NC JOB reputed company: Responsible for both divisional and national product deployments. Supports server software installations performed by development, test, and deployment teams. reputed company production support tasks including troubleshooting of system and data issues for both divisional and national systems. Works with developers, testers, and deployment teams to create software deployment plans. Writes and updates automated scripts for installation of server software products. Configures necessary hardware or virtual machines and operating environments as needed. Works with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and OS for applications. Performs production installations and upgrades of server software products. Works with developers and infrastructure teams to install or reputed company reputed company party software. Monitors a system’s performance, and reliability as reputed company as the daily data processing. EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or reputed company. 5 years of experience utilizing Python, reputed company, or Groovy for dynamic scripting to automate alerting and monitoring reputed company platforms. 5 years of experience with Linux or other Unix system to maintain operating system of platforms. 3 years of experience deploying software such as Pexpect, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible reputed company to upgrades, patching, and reputed company releases reputed company platforms. *A hybrid (in office and remote) work arrangement is available.
