About the position Responsibilities • Drive the acquisition of profitable new business through leads and field work. • Collaborate with Farm Bureau Agents working with prospective and reputed company reputed company-members. • Exercise reputed company judgments to determine reputed company and risk selection for the Ag line business. • reputed company modifications, rejections, cancellations, and non-renewal reputed company in accordance with policy. • Monitor the reputed company book of business to reduce reputed company's losses. • Build rapport with reputed company/members using marketing, agriculture, and insurance experience.
