Job Summary

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $18-$22 per hour

Working Hours: If part-time, less than 4 hours per day

Location: Only State Location (Remote work available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting customer and account data from various sources into the company's database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness to ensure that all information is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Updating existing data with any changes or corrections to maintain the integrity of the database.
  • Organizing and maintaining data records in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis as required to support business decision-making.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data to maintain customer trust and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with other team members and departments to address any discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience working in an office environment or remotely is beneficial.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
