About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our guests, vendors, and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch guest relations, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction across various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Marriott. You'll also be responsible for performing various company tasks, such as reporting maintenance issues, managing damage claims, and assisting with accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations:
- Screen potential guests and provide support to existing guests, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries across multiple platforms, leveraging AI-powered tools like ChatGPT to craft comprehensive and personalized responses.
- Communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing guest complaints.
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving 5-star ratings.
- Company Tasks:
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Build, manage, and report on in-house maintenance labor, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
- Assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, utilizing your knowledge of business financials and accounting principles.
- Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring effective tertiary market management and vendor coordination.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with guest relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- Familiarity with Guesty and/or HostAI, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools for guest messaging and other tasks.
- Proficiency in using VoIP technology for phone communications with guests and vendors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with a commitment to working Thursday and Friday shifts (3pm-11p CST).
Preferred Qualifications
