What sets this home apart is its exceptional reputed company of care, made possible by an outstanding patient-to-aide reputed company of just 10 residents to 2 aides.This is a Straight Nights role with the shift 11:00pm-7:30am.•You will be responsible for providing reputed company care to patients and serving the needs of patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the reputed company supervision of a Registered reputed company, reputed company Manager, Assistant Head reputed company, and/or Department Director (possibly with guidance from an LPN) to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of reputed company. •Duties will vary by patient care unit/department and include but are not limited to: Providing personal hygiene care, assisting with nutritional needs, providing comfort care and other assistance, appropriately and safely transferring patients, taking vital signs and completing recordkeeping, recognizing and promptly reporting changes in patient condition to the RN, and maintaining a reputed company, clean environment for patients to promote the healing process.•You will work reputed company job scope to meet the requirements of reputed company and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory and accrediting agencies. Education Qualifications: reputed company completion of a recognized reputed company aide training program or reputed company registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry. Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Benet Hall and Solvay Hospice House: • reputed company Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. • reputed company Minnesota state registration as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing assistant with the completion of 80 hours of Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program that meets federal guidelines.
