Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department as needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary.
  • Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits.

  • A high school diploma or GED, with bilingual skills (Spanish/English) being a plus.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
