About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and addressing concerns in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in both Spanish and English will enable you to effectively communicate with our diverse client base, providing personalized support and ensuring that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or auto-dialer, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to client questions, resolving issues and addressing disputes in a fair and courteous manner.
- De-escalate tense situations, offering patient assistance and support to clients who are experiencing difficulties or concerns.
- Assist clients in scheduling payment arrangements, ensuring that they understand their obligations and are able to meet their commitments.
- Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, navigating multiple platforms to resolve client queries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets and adhering to blithequark's customer service standards.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and resolve their concerns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other customer service tools.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working with auto-dialer systems and handling high volumes of calls.
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industry, although not necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Certifications or training in customer service or a related field.

Training and Support
To ensure your success in this role, we'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Our training program includes:
- 1 week of intensive training, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- 100% attendance is mandatory during the training period.
- Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you meet or exceed performance targets.
