About the Role
As a Trader Administrations Group captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. You'll be responsible for demonstrating best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and driving other individual givers through coaching and providing daily functional support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving results-driven solutions.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- A customer-driven approach, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical ability.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and drive insights that inform business decisions.
