In This Role You Will: • reputed company customer support to veterinary practices and other company partners, including explaining products and services, coordinating samples, addressing billing inquiries, providing test status updates, and supporting other reputed company needs. Support is typically provided through inbound interactions reputed company phone and email, with consultants handling an average of 60 customer contacts per day. • Determine customer needs, research and reputed company solutions, coordinate with other team members as needed. • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships. • Support reputed company management system and other compliance requirements.
