Make an Impact as a Premier Service Consultant

In this role, you will be frontline in providing solutions to customers, handling new service requests, and addressing existing customer needs. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions, deliver personalized recommendations, and meet monthly sales goals. You will be an expert at simplifying complex technical information, troubleshooting issues, and engaging Tier 3 support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions.
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.
  • Simplify complex technical information, explaining customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls.
  • May be cross-trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support.

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at $16.40/hr (and up) + up to $3,000 in commissions monthly if all sales goals are met.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center or customer service experience.
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
  • A reliable and dedicated high-speed internet connection and an established dedicated work area.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions.
