Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date customer information, authorize sales, and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, including accurate and detailed records
  • Authorize sales and process transactions efficiently and effectively
  • Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive environment
  • Utilize proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. You will also require:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and the ability to manage information in multiple windows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Confidence using a computer and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
  • Ability to work from home full-time, with occasional requests to meet in person

Requirements for Consideration:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Live within a 2.5-hour commute of Rapid City, SD
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas)
