Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
  • Processing product orders and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with order-related issues and inquiries
  • Analyzing and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information about sales, promotions, and product issues
  • Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries
  • Servicing customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects (for certain representatives)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • To be able to work at least 20 hours per week between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm CST
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
