Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, chat transcripts, and email correspondence.

Schedule and Flexibility:

Earnings and Revenue:
As an independent contractor with blithequark, your earnings will vary depending on the client and your performance metrics. However, we offer competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements:
To ensure seamless connectivity and effective communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You should have a reliable computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
- Wired USB headset with microphone: You should have a high-quality wired USB headset with a microphone for clear communication.
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed: You should have a reliable high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software: You should have valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer.
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad: You should have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app.
Work Environment Requirements:
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space: You should have a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from interruptions.
- Organized desk area: You should have a well-organized desk area that is free from clutter and distractions.
Contractual Relationship:
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
Locations:
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
