About This Opportunity
We're currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team remotely from Puerto Rico. As a full-time member of our team, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review and Filing: Utilize internal systems and tools to accurately review and file legal documents, ensuring seamless processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ongoing Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions to expand your knowledge of industry-specific processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, working closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Additional Projects: Complete assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating your adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for effective communication and document processing.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, with a strong foundation in data entry, technology, or a related field being highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50-60 words per minute are necessary for success in this role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy are critical for maintaining high-quality standards.
