Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Interaction Summarization: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant details are captured and communicated effectively.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the automotive industry.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required. Experience with technology and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Multitasking Ability: A strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being helpful in managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements and Application Process:

  • Residency Requirement: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Equipment Requirements: Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
  • Training and Availability: Able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT) and work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
