Responsibilities: • Evaluating insurance coverage and liability exposure. • Conducting investigations, including interviews and recorded statements. • Performing on-site inspections, including cold calls, reputed company investigations, and vehicle inspections. • Making informed claim adjustment recommendations. • Preparing reputed company, detailed, and comprehensive reports. • Maintaining control of a full caseload while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of claims handling experience. • Strong field investigation and inspection background preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse parties. • Highly developed analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage travel reputed company assigned areas.
