With 90% of queries requiring canned responses, the role is simple to learn, and we're looking for professionals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with website visitors using live chat software, responding to their queries and providing support
• Use canned responses to answer common questions, with the ability to escalate complex issues to senior support agents
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
