About the position Responsibilities • Analyze operational problems and implement analytics solutions that enable business improvements through modeling, analytical reviews, data mining and other analytical methods. • Assist in designing and measuring new analysis/reporting processes. • Lead and manage the design, development, testing, implementation and support of Power BI reports for Supply Chain. • Focus on topics such as on time performance to customers, production attainment, past due reporting, and forecast accuracy. • Serve as subject matter expert and liaison for cross functional efforts. • Assist with design and development of value added operational reporting and analysis across all five silos of SIOP cycle and Supply Chain. • Gather and evaluate data from multiple sources. • Analyze, reconcile and identify measurable opportunities for improvement. • Identify and implement audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques. • Assist with back end database transition. Requirements • BS in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or Engineering. • MBA a plus. • 7-10 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience. • MRP Knowledge (SAP and Oracle preferred) desired. • Strong analytical skills - database structures, Power BI, Microsoft SQ desired. • Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory / Warehouse Optimization, Demand Planning desired. • Extensive knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis desired. • Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally desired. • Familiar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures desired. • Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), SharePoint, SAP or other ERP system desired. • Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement desired.
