Qualifications: • Education: Nursing Degree (ADN minimum). • Licensure: • reputed company, unrestricted RN license (U.S. state/territory). • reputed company hospital privileges. • Experience: • 5+ years reputed company clinical Med/Surg reputed company. • 2+ years recent specialty experience. • Minimum 20 clinical hours/month in specialty. • Technical Skills: VA record systems (training provided), Standards of care evaluation, Medical-reputed company documentation. • Soft Skills: Impeccable clinical judgment, Objective analysis, Attention to detail, Time management. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct independent VA record reviews (Audits/FRRs and MAOs). • Determine timeliness/appropriateness of care standards. • Analyze cases for reputed company management indicators. • reputed company medical advisory opinions for reputed company inquiries. • Document findings using VA protocols. • Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company cases.
