**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Resolving patient service or billing complaints in a timely and professional manner, including exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
* Contacting patients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
* Refer unresolved patient grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
* Utilizing computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to efficiently manage patient information and communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and families.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
