Training Developer – Finance, Supply Chain, or HCM Specialties

We are seeking skilled Training Developers to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for end users across three critical business areas: Finance, Supply Chain Management, or HCM business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in one or more of these specialties and a passion for translating reputed company ERP and HR systems into practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand training content. Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in developing training content for ERP or HCM implementation reputed company, with preference for reputed company S/4HANA and reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company Storyline or reputed company Captivate for creating eLearning modules and simulations. • Strong reputed company of MS Office Suite for building polished deliverables. • Demonstrated visual design and presentation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify reputed company concepts for diverse audiences. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, reputed company Learning, or reputed company.
