**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
