About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support and service to our valued customers. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will be a significant asset, enabling us to better serve our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support and service to clients contacting our Customer Support Center, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service level commitments and proactively communicate with customers throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills and consistent follow-through.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and customers to resolve problems and educate customers on our products and services.
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors, ensuring all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and customer-centric.
- Meet performance targets and Customer Service team goals, contributing to the overall success of the department.
- Participate in proactive customer calls to review service performance, develop service resolution plans, and identify potential opportunities.
- Research and resolve billing problems, providing support and training as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain data integrity and assist in conversions as necessary, working closely with internal teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
