About the Role

In this full-time, work-from-home position, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, analyzing payment history, and communicating effectively with customers. You will work Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM, with no weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze payment history and notes to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their accounts
  • Work with leading technologies and systems to manage customer interactions and account activities
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and meeting goals in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other software applications
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification

In addition to these qualifications, you will need to have:

  • A reliable and fast internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)
  • A hardwired internet connection (wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems)
  • A productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace that is secure and compliant with our data protection policies
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our app for company communications
