  • Maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety at all times

Work Schedule and Requirements

This is a fully remote position, requiring you to work from home in a virtual environment. You will be expected to work a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. The position is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
