Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
  • Accurately entering data into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
  • Sorting and organizing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Verifying information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by the company

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes
  • A stable internet connection and a computer-savvy mindset
