About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world. As a full-time remote employee, you will play a critical role in interacting with our current and prospective customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.
- Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, working within company guidelines to retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A dedicated office space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively from home.
- Availability to work from 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons.
- At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.
- 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills.
- Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual candidates are highly desirable!
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on providing exceptional service.
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
