Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism.
• Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy, ensuring that all data is reliable and up-to-date.
• Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
