About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and escalating issues as necessary. Your expertise in problem-solving, communication, and customer service will be invaluable in helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns via email and our support portal, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Utilize tools like Notion to manage internal processes and information, maintaining accurate records and streamlining workflows.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
