Job Overview
This hybrid position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Sales, working in our center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a member of our team, you will be the voice of blithequark, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You will handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, as well as address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
- Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
- Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks such as Internet, voice, and data services
Essential Qualifications
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package. Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $600.00 - $696.50 weekly, plus up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
