Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and web chat, addressing billing, insurance, product, and service-related inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively, or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is required.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential customer concerns, providing proactive solutions and guidance to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring they can access and manage their medications with ease.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Security: Maintain adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety are always top priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience; experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear guidance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer and web-based tools; experience with multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment or with healthcare-related products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Pharmacy Experience: Experience working in a pharmacy or with pharmacy-related products and services.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
