Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to their questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Perform data entry in various platforms, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet performance goals and customer expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be able to pass a third-party background check.
- Must have a Windows 10+ computer, USB headset, and Ethernet (hard-wired internet) connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (not required, but preferred).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
