Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative 1 (Bilingual Spanish) - Remote US
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to follow up on previous contacts and respond to inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a public-service oriented approach and understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities.
- Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions.
- Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
- Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of program rules and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities.
- Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
