Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Full-Time and Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agents to provide exceptional support to our customers, resolve issues, and drive sales growth. As a Remote Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will interact with customers across the country, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to ensure a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including updating customer information and processing transactions
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade existing products and services, driving revenue growth
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, providing solutions and resolving concerns
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a customer-centric approach
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus, with the ability to build relationships with team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Conditions of Employment
