Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our members and providers through inbound calls. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using Windows and MS Office, with strong PC skills.
  • Ability to empathize and understand the needs of customers, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Entry-level experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Medicare plans and the Silver Sneakers program.
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

At blithequark, we offer a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour, paid weekly, for this 3-month contract position. As a remote team member, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, learn and grow in your role, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
